Warranty & Returns

Warranty All products will be covered by manufacturer warranty and customer pays initial return freight. 

Be sure to email us at goosemarine@aapt.net.au for an authorization code and to receive return shipping details.  Only agreed costs for return will be considered for payment. we will not pay personal costs/mileage etc associated with returns or repair delivery.

Please note that defects in materials and workmanship are something that is covered under warranty, however normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, negligence, and the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use are not normally covered under warranty. 

No warranty will be considered without the return of the goods unless agreed. All warranty goods are required to be returned unless agreed. 

We may direct you to send to a repairer direct after agreement on freight costs has been established.

Other wise a refund, repair or exchange will be available after the goods have been inspected.  

 

Our Return Policy allows items to returned within 14 days if the goods are defective or not as described. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery.  Goods should be returned in ‘As New” condition along with the original packing where applicable.  Damaged goods we will exchange for another of similar value or refund.  We cannot refund used goods, cut lengths of rope and any goods which have been made to order. Make sure you include all your details and the reason for your return/exchange prior to sending the item.

Upon receipt we will issue you with a store credit / refund - or send the replacement item to you.
