Established in 2005 as the Western Australian Nacra Dealer and Magic Marine supplier.

Our range continues to grow as we support the local sailing community in the SW of W.A. We also specialize in "Mail Order" across Australia.

We are the local agents for ILCA "Laser" and carry Harken as a preferred brand.

We stock "Deckhardware products, Whittams rope made locally in Australia, SS goods from Frank Marine and many other stockists.

We carry a range of quality marine ropes in stock from 2mm to 12mm and a range of blocks and fittings for dinghy and catamaran's.

If we don't have it in stock we can generally get you a quote to supply in a timely manner.

Not all the items we carry are listed on the web site and we will provide a no obligation quote via email, including GST, freight and payment options.

Being based in country WA we know how important it is for you to get the right item delivered on time, after all its better to be sailing than waiting for parts. 

We use the gear that we sell on our own boats and will take the time to ensure you get the right gear to suit your requirements and budget. We campaign Nacra F18 Infusions and Nacra 16sq's and have a long sailing history right across Australia.

We are a family based business and carry a range of gear which is available to view by appointment at our home based showroom.

About Gary "Goose" Gornall owner of Goose Marine.

I started sailing in 1973 on VJ dinghies, Sharpies, Diamonds and moved to sailing Nacra in 1990. Having raced Nacra 5.2's, 5.8 with and without spinnakers, early model F18, 16 squares and Infusions. I still run a Nacra Infusion for larger events and locally a 16 Square.

Since 1990 I have competed in all Nationals except 2 in the late 90's. I have done all 4 Nacra 5.8 worlds, the only person sailing to have done that.  Recently also doing the F18 Infusion worlds in Surfers Paradise.

In 1992 I competed in the 2nd Nacra 5.8 worlds in Long Beach in the US. While there I visited the "Spruce Goose" plane. I saw the similarities to me sailing Nacra 5.8's and renamed my boat "The Spruce Goose" The plane cost a bit to build, was maintained at a substantial cost and only ever flew once. It described my Nacra at the time. All my boats then had Goose incorporated into the name and hence the nick name "Goose" was born.   

In 2005 at the SA nationals over a couple of beers, Goose Marine was born as the new WA Nacra dealer and Magic Marine agent. 

My aim was to rebuilt the local Nacra fleet in WA and from that Goose Marine grew. We went Internet based 2 years latter and pride ourselves on delivering quality parts in a timely manner. In a word we deliver quality service.

With advertised stock on hand ready to dispatch the following day or in most cases the same day as ordered. All advertised parts are available and we will keep you informed on realistic delivery schedules.

We are the SW WA Laser agents and carry a large range of spares in stock.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

 

Making a Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store and click on any item(s) that you wish to buy to put them into your shopping cart.  Once you have finished selecting your items, click on “Checkout” if you have previously purchased from us simply log onto your account and complete the purchase. If you are a new shopper you will need to create an account.

Payment methods accepted Visa and MasterCard. You card isn’t deducted the funds until our mail order department has confirmed we have the goods and the shipping charges are correct, We will inform you if we are out of items and need to be ordered so that appropriate action can be taken All your information is encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Direct Deposit is also offered to Australian Customers. Contact Goose Marine for a quote, with freight and we will include direct deposit payment options. Once my bank acknowledges your payment the goods will dispatched. 

 

Delivery Schedule – We will endeavor to dispatch goods on the day that we receive your order.   Standard delivery within Australia takes 5-7 days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once it is given to Australia Post or other providers. Note only orders less than 5 kg will be sent express freight, if your order exceeds this weight it will be sent parcel post.

 Backorders– It is our policy to only list products we have in stock, however If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will back order it for you.  You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
