Postage and Shipping

Please check with us if you are outside Australia as we don't ship automatically to other destinations. Each location is assessed depending on the location and size of the items. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Local duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available. Unless otherwise agreed deliveries within Australia will by parcel post. Most deliveries are dispatched within 3 working days.  If it is going to be longer, we will advise you by email and give you the option to change or cancel your order.

Delays with delivery associated with freight or post companies are outside our control, but we will generally send a tracking number for you to follow progress.

Shipping Costs

Australia via Australia Post parcel post.

Flat rate's of shipping via Australia post for most items, excludes large bulky goods.

$11.00* for order value up to $50 Aus.

$9.00* for order value above $50 Aus.

$5.00* for stock items above $250 Aus. and less then $1,000 Aus.

(note Australia Post minimum cost's are $10.90)

* Large items will be charged actual freight cost.

* Goods ordered in direct from external suppliers will be charged actual freight cost charged by them.

 Express post is available.

*Very heavy, long, awkward and bulky Goods may incur additional costs and increased delivery time.
